I have been an environmentalist since I was fourteen years old, and, boy, did I stand out! I was raised in Hammond, LA. Let me tell you- in Hammond, when you stop your car to pick up a styrofoam cup in 1992, people look at you "reel funny."
Although my background is in sales and health care, I have always been inspired by CSR and sustainability, so I started a sustainability consulting firm in 2007 to help businesses become more profitable. Shortly after, I opened an eco-store and green building store called Noelie Harmon and The Green Building Shop, respectively. I am also a green building consultant and "wannabe" designer.
